PlayCount
Guess the song from your own Spotify music
Like Songless: you hear half a second of a song, then a little more after every miss or skip. Play from your listening history, where the songs you've played most come up most often, or shuffle through a playlist.
Listening history
the .zip Spotify emails you, or the
Streaming_History_Audio_*.json / StreamingHistory_music_*.json files inside it. Playlists and Liked Songs in the zip are imported too, and so are playlist CSVs.
Import a playlist
Paste Spotify track links, or one song per line as Artist - Title. To copy a whole playlist in the Spotify desktop app, open it, click a track, press Ctrl/Cmd+A then Ctrl/Cmd+C. You can also drop a CSV from Exportify in the box above.
Getting your data
Spotify's API doesn't share play counts, but your privacy export does:
- Go to spotify.com/account/privacy.
- Tick Extended streaming history for your whole history (takes up to 30 days), or Account data for the last year (about 5 days).
- Download the zip from the email and drop it above.
Your music data stays in your browser. The game sends song searches to the public iTunes Search API, which supplies the 30-second previews, and pasted Spotify links to Spotify to read their titles. It also sends anonymous, cookie-free usage stats, such as rounds played, but never your songs, artists or history.
